China: The Three Emperors - 1162-1795

To coincide with China: The Three Emperors, 1662—1795 at the Royal Academy of Arts, the RA Restaurant menu at the Academy will feature flavours of China on Friday and Saturday nights from the 12th November 2005 to 17th April 2006 in addition to the regular table service offering.

Chinese-inspired dishes on Friday nights include ‘asparagus and seared fig salad with pepper compote and black rice vinegar’, ‘shitake noodle soup’, ‘jasmine tea brulee with banana smoothie shot’ and ‘exotic fruit platters with stem ginger dipping sauce’ will also be available. Friday night service is accompanied by live music providing diners with the perfect atmosphere to round off a busy week.

Saturday evening service features a bowl food menu which is designed for sharing and includes ‘green chicken curry with jasmine rice’, ‘sticky pork with Chinese greens’, ‘oriental mushroom soup’ and ‘Chinese beef and broccoli stir fry with bean sprouts’.

The restaurant is fully licensed offering a selection of soft and alcoholic drinks, together with a specially selected wine list to complement your meal.
